Zinc finger protein Aiolos (IKZF3), also known as Ikaros family zinc finger protein 3, is a protein encoded by the IKZF3 gene. This gene encodes a member of the Ikaros zinc finger protein family. The three members of this protein family (Ikaros, Aiolos, and Helios) are hematopoiesis-specific transcription factors involved in regulating lymphocyte development. The gene product is a transcription factor that plays a crucial role in regulating the proliferation and differentiation of B lymphocytes. It has been demonstrated to interact with BCL2-like 1 and HRAS.| Typical data
